Do you have ATT Data plan questions?

Do you have any ATT Wireless Data plan questions?  Or any other Mobile Phones questions?  Please comment and ask them.  I will answer a couple below and then try and answer any other questions later on.

Q: Can I share a data plan with multiple lines on my family talk plan?
A: No, as of right now all data plans with ATT Wireless are single line only.

Q: Are the “Unlimited” data plans really unlimited?
A: Yes, they do not have a set cap.  Though if you are using what ATT Wireless may consider far above normal use then they may call and ask you to change to a different data plan.

Q: Is their really a difference between regular Unlimited Data Plans and PDA data plans or Smart Phone data plans.
A: Yes, some smart phones will not recognize the regular Unlimited Data plan and also if you are using a fair amount of Data, ATT may contact you to raise you to a PDA [tag]data plan[tag].

Q: With my Blackberry on ATT do I really have to have a Blackberry Data plan?
A: Yes, the Blackberry Devices will not recognize the standard or PDA data plans and allow you to connect to the internet without a Blackberry Data Plan.
